Terms of Use for MiniPic

1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to and using MiniPic, you (the Parent/Guardian) agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your child user. Children under the age of digital consent must have these terms authorized by a parent.
2. License and Use of Service MiniPic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, creative, and non-commercial purposes.
3. AI-Generated Content The app utilizes generative AI. While we implement safety filters and predefined prompts to ensure age-appropriateness, you acknowledge that AI-generated content can occasionally be unpredictable. A reporting button is provided to flag any inappropriate content for removal or prompt refinement.

5. Subscriptions and Payments MiniPic is a paid service. Payments are processed securely via credit card. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
6. Intellectual Property You retain rights to the original sketches created by your child. By using the app, you grant MiniPic the necessary permissions to process this content through our AI model and store it for your use.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we utilize secure AWS infrastructure, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the app or the AI model's output.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are located in the E.U., the GDPR applies to the processing of your data
